Make any attribute hidden, read-only or required by using attribute restrictions.
Restrict what data that the user has access to by using data restrictions.
Grant or revokes security option access by using conditional option access.
Grant access to sites and their storerooms.
Design application changes based on which security group the user belongs to, the data being used or as a globally set option so that the UI controls are hidden or change. The change can be the color of a field changes based on the data.
Create one of more statements in the conditional expression manager that can be used in security groups or in the application designer.
